1. Introduction

TunedForYou (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our AI song generation service.

2. Information We Collect

• Song creation data: Names, memories, occasions, and personal details you provide to generate a song
• Email address: For order delivery, receipts, and account management, and, only if you opt in, for occasion reminders and new song ideas
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: Pages visited, songs generated, access codes used (for service improvement and fraud prevention)
• IP address and device info: Collected automatically for security and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized song
• To deliver your order and send receipts
• Only if you opt in: to send you occasion reminders and new song ideas by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect your orders or their delivery
• To manage your account and subscription
• To prevent fraud and respond to disputes
• To improve our service

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with essential service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing
• AI generation services — song creation (data is handled according to their privacy policies)
• Advertising platforms — we may share your email address or phone number with advertising platforms such as Meta and OpenAI so that they can match it against their own records. We do this for two reasons: to avoid showing you adverts for something you have already bought, and to help find people whose interests resemble our customers'. Where the platform supports it the identifier is hashed before it leaves us, and it is never shared so that anyone can market to you on their own behalf. 5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after account closure for legal and dispute resolution purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Ask us not to share your email address or phone number with advertising platforms, and to remove it from any audience we have already uploaded
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Text Messages (SMS)

What we collect: the mobile number you type into our site yourself, your answers to the SMS checkboxes (ticked or not), the exact sentence shown next to each box, the date and time, the page, your IP address and browser, and the song or order it relates to. We also keep a record if you ask us to stop.

Why: to text you when your song is ready (if you ticked that box) and, only if you also ticked the separate reminders box, to send holiday and occasion reminders and new song ideas (up to 4 messages a month). We also use this record to show that you agreed and to honour an opt-out.

No sharing: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories in the Data Sharing section above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold, rented or shared with any third parties. It is used only by our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to deliver the messages.
