Terms of Service — TunedForYou

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TunedForYou (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Our Services

TunedForYou creates AI-generated, personalized songs based on information you provide (names, memories, occasions). Songs are generated using third-party AI services. Due to the custom nature of each creation, results may vary in style, tone, and length. We do not guarantee specific creative outcomes.

3. Payment & Subscription

3.1 One-time Purchases

Certain products are available as one-time payments. You will be charged once at checkout.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Some plans are offered as recurring weekly or monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

  • Billing: Charges occur at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 7 days before any price change. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Refund & Chargeback Policy

4.1 No Refund After Delivery

TunedForYou creates custom digital goods on demand. Once a song has been generated and made available for listening or download, the service has been fully rendered and the purchase is non-refundable.

This is because:

  • Each song is uniquely generated based on personal information you provide
  • Generation consumes AI compute resources that cannot be recovered
  • The digital product is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”

4.2 Failed Generation

If song generation fails due to a technical error on our side, you will not be charged. If a charge occurred and generation failed, contact us for a full refund.

4.3 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees for a billing period already in use are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the current period ends — no partial refunds are issued.

4.4 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product is considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide all transaction records, usage logs, and delivered content as evidence to our payment processor to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Intellectual Property

Songs generated on TunedForYou are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share your song with friends and family. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of AI-generated content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunedForYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
